Okay, this isn't really a surprise to me, but her performance on Saturday Night Live this weekend... her voice was, well... flat. She also looked oddly uncomfortable onstage. I don't know if she couldn't hear her own voice through the monitors or not. What this shows is that music labels only care to produce catchy money-making pop songs that feature pretty girls, whether or not their vocal chops are ready.
