Album Review: Mat Zo - Damage Control

Mat Zo - Damage Control

Style: Progressive House, Electro House
Pros: Good
Cons: n/a
Overview: Mat Zo has been rising in the EDM scene over the past couple of years.  He's probably most notable for working with Porter Robinson on the song Easy, which, I'm pretty sure you've heard by now.  Damage Control, his debut album, is pretty good.  It stays mostly in the Progressive House and Electro arena with a dash of Complextro and Dubstep.  What I like most about Mat Zo's songs, is that they are low-key anthems. Meaning that they'll have a lot of play in clubs and sets, but for the most part they aren't "Hey, look at me I'm an anthem."
