Cloudy Meatballs Cooks up the Weekend

Well it was no surprise as 3D animated movies continue to dominate the big screen, as Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs easily took the top spot this weekend with just over $30 million.

Meanwhile, Jennifer's Body hugely underperformed making just under $7 million despite it starring Megan Fox. I guess her nerdy fanboy following, didn't turn out in droves to see her in a movie in which she seduces and then eats her victims. Yumm!

Why it might tank: Too much tough competition, it will get lost in the mix.
