Slumdog Millionaire Cleans up the Academy Awards

It was no real surprise here, as Slumdog Millionaire took home 8 awards at the most coveted awards show in Hollywood, the 81st Academy Awards. The producers of the Oscars tried to mix things up to entice viewership. I say tried, because they hired Hugh Jackman to host the gala (which he did fine), and didn't advertise who the presenters were going to be. Well, in the end, it was just another awards show, but surprisingly, they didn't go hours over length like the years previous. Though, the funniest part of the telecast goes to the part when Jack Black was asked how he makes a lot of money with animated films, he replied,

"I do one Dreamworks movie, and then take all the money from the movie, and bring it to the Oscars, and bet it on Pixar." and then pan to Jeffrey Katzenberg sitting in the audience.

Anyways, enough about an awards show you have probably seen, or probably seen highlights on, so here are the list of winners...
