Album Review: Charli XCX - True Romance

Charli XCX - True Romance

Style: Synthpop
Pros: Good
Cons: Borders line of Pop but isn't...yet (which, I guess is a Pro)
Overview:   Ever since I heard Stay Away a couple of years ago, I was interested in learning more about Charli XCX... though she remained somewhat quiet until now. True Romance is a very good listen.  It's got the dark 80-ish Synth feeling, whilst keeping in todays fashion. When you think it'll traverse into the Pop arena, it stays just enough away to make it enjoyable.  Though that's not to say mainstream will pick this up and turn it into Pop.   If you take Ladytron, The Knife, Ellie Goulding, Jessie J and The XX, shake it all together, you'll get something like Charli XCX (That's probably a bad example, but you get the point).
Top Songs: Nuclear Season, You, Stay Away
3.5 out of 5 vinyls

Definitely believe that which you stated. Your favorite reason appeared to be on the internet the simplest thing to be aware of. I say to you, I definitely get irked while people consider worries that they plainly don't know about. You managed to hit the nail upon the top and defined out the whole thing without having side-effects , people can take a signal. Will probably be back to get more. Thanks capital one card login in
